update…
November 13, 2008 1:45 pm friendship, gratitudeJust in time, I was able to change my password and get the names of my yahoo contacts. I have spent the morning trying to wait for my antivirus to finish scanning my pc. Whew! Its a different feeling when you’re used to using that inbox for a time. You tend to type the same password as if your fingers are in automatic mode. Oh well, at least I was able to send the disclaimer to all my yahoo contacts.
Thank you once again to Maiylah of Maiylah’s Snippets;BK of Symphony of Love’s Blog; Myrna of WTF Do you Block About!?; Timi of Crimson Heavens; and Ana of Chica & Pumuckl - 2 Egyptian Kitties in Germany. And to my sis and cousins who immediately called my attention to this. You really are good friends and “angels” sent to lend a helping hand
! God bless you always!! ![]()

Oh my, what a nightmare. I remember that story cause a customer of mine received the same email and asked me what he should do. I googled and googled until I could show him a proven spam report cause otherwise he wouldn’t have believed my words.
Take care next time!

I’m glad that you were able to get in. Now just remember never to use that other password again. You should also get into a habit of randomly changing your passwords at least twice a year.

lesson learned …

you’re very much welcome, Ate Vicks.
am sure you’d come to my rescue, too, if something similar happens to me.
