I just saw a preview of the women awards on Studio 23, where Teri Hatcher was one of the presenters, recognizing the women who have made a difference in theirs and others’ lives…
As we reflect everyday, we make a checklist of people we are thankful of. For my family, I’m so grateful for my sisters-in-law (besides mom, my brothers and sis, of course! )
We may not be chatting everyday, but their presence have made our family closer in spirit and love. Through the guidance and discipline that they have been doing with my nephews, I know these boys will grow up to be fine gentlemen someday. As for me, they have taught me life lessons through their examples and nurturing concern for theirs and this family. I may not have said a lot to tell them how I appreciate them that they are a part of my brothers’ lives and my bio-family too… I guess, I’ll just sing them this song:

We reflect upon the good things
And our thoughts always center around those we love
And I think about these people who mean so much to me
And for so many years have made me so very happy

And I count the times I have forgotten to say, “thank you …”
And just how much, I love (and appreciate) you…..”
